Delete Account & Associated Data

Transparency and complete user control over your personal data at Lamka Coaching Center.

Delete via the Mobile App (Recommended)

If you currently have the Lamka Coaching Android App installed, you can delete your account directly without needing this web form:

1Open the Lamka Coaching App on your Android device.
2Navigate to the More / Profile tab in the bottom bar.
3Scroll down and tap Delete Account & Data.
4Confirm by typing your password and tap Proceed to Delete.

What Data is Permanently Deleted

Upon submitting an account deletion request, our systems immediately and permanently purge:

Personal Profile: Full name, phone number, email address, physical address, and avatar.
Authentication Data: Passwords, session tokens, and local biometric vault keys.
Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device registration tokens and notification history.
Academic & Center Records: Course enrollments, batch logs, study space cabin bookings, and attendance logs.

Data Retention Policy: Statutory financial records (such as completed payment receipt numbers, transaction IDs, and dates) are retained in an anonymized format strictly for the legally mandated tax and financial audit period, after which they are expunged.
